We’re seeking an outgoing person to manage solar installations on behalf of our installers and customers. We need someone confident, organised and good at multi-tasking.
Ideally, you have worked in the solar or electrical industry, but if you otherwise have the right skill sets and attitude, we can provide you with the training you need.

About the Role
As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve:
- Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installers
- Maintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation process
- Ensuring compliance with procedures to be followed and government rebate applications
- Efficiently and accurately maintain CRM systems
- Issuing invoices, purchase orders and approving payments related to installations
As a successful candidate, you will be:
- Ideally, have some experience in the solar or electrical industry in some way
- A strong communicator who is confident and outgoing
- Proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand with excellent attention to detail
- Well and truly competent with computer software
- Willing to learn and be solution-driven
- Able to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Reliable with a positive “can-do” attitude and work ethic, flexible and adaptable, and work well independently and as part of a team
