Role Overview
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader, you will be pivotal in expanding our client's renewable energy recruitment business across Europe. Your focus will span multiple sectors within renewables, including Solar, Wind, Hydropower, and Hydrogen.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive the growth and development of the business across Europe focusing on key renewable sectors such as Solar, Wind, Hydropower, and Hydrogen.
- Team Leadership: Start with managing a small team of consultants, with the goal of expanding within 18 months.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leading by example and consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Senior Leadership Role: Play a crucial role in the senior leadership team, with strong support from the Directors and Board members.
