We are looking for our new Senior <\/span>Project Developer (Germany)<\/b> <\/span>to<\/span> manage the full project lifecycle, including
permitting, grid connection and stakeholder engagement from early -stage till
ready -to -built status for secured sites<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Reporting to the Business Development Director Germany, this person will be based in Düsseldorf<\/b> <\/span>(with the possibility of hybrid remote working and necessity of regular travels). <\/span><\/span>

<\/div>What you’ll do:<\/span>
<\/p>
Define and
supervise project schedules and budgets, maintain the quality control of
deliverables, oversee risk management and the preparation of necessary internal
reports;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate with internal teams, development partners, external
advisors, and equipment suppliers as well as different authorities to ensure
compliance with all relevant RTB project conditions;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Evaluate and track offers of external service
providers and oversee order processing and support;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Contribute to financial models, business cases
and investment proposals for renewable energy projects regarding with all project
relevant matters;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>R<\/span><\/span><\/span>eport on regular base to
stakeholders on project status, risks and mitigation strategies;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Engage with
stakeholders as needed to move the project forward: local communities,
landowners, other developers and any relevant regulatory bodies.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
What you'll need:
<\/div>
<\/div>Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering,
Geography, Economics, or a similar field;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>At least 5 year’ professional experience in project
development of renewable energy projects (PV or biomass, BESS nice to have);<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Understanding of the project development process from
inception until a project reaches the RTB status, as well as German regulation
for PV and BESS projects;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Native or fluent German speaker and with good
knowledge of English; <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Driver’s license and high willingness to travel across
Germany;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Ability to work independently and prioritize in a
fast -paced environment;<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Very good negotiation skills, effective
communication and ability in establishing and developing a network of partners.<\/span>
