Job Summary:
Looking for a results-driven professional to lead business development efforts in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The role covers the full sales cycle—lead generation, client qualification, proposal presentation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients (industrial, commercial, institutional)

Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and partners

Present customized solar solutions (CAPEX/OPEX/EMI)

Conduct client meetings and close deals

Coordinate proposals and post-sale support

Maintain reports and support marketing activities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in solar or B2B technical sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willing to travel for client meetings
