Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, vendor performance, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage procurement budgets and oversee inventory levels for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in procurement processes.
- Lead and mentor the purchase team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase; preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
