The Office of Transactions Services (OTS) is seeking hard-working, resourceful, enthusiastic individuals committed to achieving excellence to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality customer service. The Associate Personnel Analyst (APA) assists in ensuring our workforce is paid timely by facilitating classroom and virtual trainings for new and seasoned staff; developing/updating in-house policies and procedures; providing and monitoring Affordable Care Act (ACA) reports for distribution and completion; drafting various Human Resource bulletins; and assisting with assignments/projects including but not limited to mass mailings.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent serves as an analyst providing administrative and analytical support for OTS. Performs duties without detailed supervision or review and demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to providing quality service that is accurate, timely and exceeds our customer's expectations.
Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst exam. For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
