Desired Experience & Qualification

Educational Background: A relevant Bachelor of Science degree; a Master’s degree in Science (BSc) or a Food Sciences/Total Quality Management qualification is a plus.

Certifications: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP training certificate.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years in a Quality role within the food industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental systems aligned with ISO, KORE principles, and relevant legislation.

Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve quality-related issues and contribute to the development of corrective and preventative actions.
