We are searching for an experienced Design Manager<\/b> to work alongside their technical teams for solar PV installation projects, overseeing
compliance with ROI and NI industry regulations, managing technical risks, optimising
designs for performance and supporting procurement processes.<\/span>

What You'll Do:<\/span><\/u>
<\/p>
Oversee the creation and
implementation of technical designs for solar PV projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Provide essential guidance during
both pre -construction and construction stages.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Manage and evaluate technical
documents, feasibility reports, and system performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Proactively identify and address
potential technical issues, optimising designs for peak performance and cost
efficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Support the procurement process by
reviewing contracts, specifications, and supplier agreements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Ensure all projects comply with
health, safety, and environmental regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Collaborate
effectively with the supply chain.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/b>

Requirements<\/h3>
What You'll Need<\/span><\/u>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Design
Manager in the renewable energy sector.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Demonstrable experience delivering solar
PV projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Degree qualification (electrical or renewable engineering).<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, PVSyst,
PVGis and PVSol.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Flexibility to attend site meetings when required.<\/span><\/span>
