1. Should be familiar in Autocad for both RCC & steel structures. Developing the RCC connections, reinforcement details (as per the codal provisions), checking of clashes of the rebars , development of both steel & RCC beam layouts for different structures etc shall be part of his scope & responsibility. He should also interact with the engineer concerned in getting proper inputs so that the output engineering deliverable is produced on time.
2. He should also interact with other disciplines in a multi-disciplinary job & check the interfaces of the equipment layout w.r.t the civil / structural drawing arrangement, identify the clashes & rectify the drawings accordingly.
3. Should also be familiar with TEKLA / Advanced steel i.e 3 D modelling of structures / fabrication drawings and developing the B.O.M of the fabricated structure directly in excel file so that it helps site in understanding the M.T.O requirement.
4. Shall have a fair knowledge about layout of different plants. He should also have experience in developing the layout of 5 process plant from scratch i.e with basic inputs,
