Description:
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team at TGTG, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure while ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and understand project specifications.
- Utilize various testing methodologies to validate software functionality across different platforms.
- Document test cases, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner using HP ALM or similar tools.
- Provide technical support for issues related to software performance and usability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience |
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience required
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and experience with JDBC is a plus.
- Experience with mobile testing is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
