As a Senior Analyst, EHSQ Systems, you will be focused on users and the administration of their data through Intelex, Invenergy’s compliance management and EHSQ software system. You will conduct data entry, data analysis, and create training reports as needed. You will manage the administration of, and track the completion of, onboarding plans, new hires, and qualification assignments.
Additionally, in coordination with the EHS department, the Senior Analyst will review safety records and data to identify opportunities to improve overall fleet safety practices and optimize data gathering processes. Invenergy wants a team player willing to use their analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to manage and monitor database information and functionality as well as look for ways to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests from various EHSQ database users throughout the fleet using established practices and policies
- Provide support in integrations between Intelex and other databases
- Develop and maintain processes and databases utilizing SQL and Python
- Coordination with training personnel on developing, optimizing, and maintaining the fleet’s training records
- Build new features and implements, including workflow modifications, training, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Perform data analysis for data integrity, accuracy, and error correction
- Develop advanced reports using an in-depth knowledge of system
- Provide support for day-to-day needs of the operational fleet
- Point of contact for database upgrade testing
- Onboard new employees and update existing employees in the EHSQ system, in coordination with IT department personnel
- Coordination with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) personnel on developing, optimizing, and maintaining best practices within the system and throughout the fleet
- Intelex mobile administration, development, and overall program health
- Develop training materials and conduct remote training from the Chicago office
- Import new data for various parties to use within EHSQ database
- Lead meetings on Intelex change management requests
- Populate new operating site information, including new role assignments and updating reporting structures
- Conducts on-site training with fleet staff
- Coordinate task management within EHSQ database
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, occupational safety, educational technology, or related field
- Previous experience conducting group training and ability to speak in front of small groups or through web-conferencing to larger groups
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Python
- Proficiency with SQL
- Troubleshooting and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with an EHSQ platform (Intelex) or XML based coding
- Software development experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
- Previous experience writing reports and developing KPIs
- Bilingual (Spanish)
$34.11 - $39.25 USD Hourly

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
