We are looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Lead for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to establish or advance your career in the aviation industry.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the implementation of environmental, health and safety related activities for the facility.
- Responsible for identifying, monitoring, controlling, and documenting all hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams including schedules of hazardous waste shipments, manifests, and the development of waste minimization program.
- Monitor and report EH&S metrics to determine the effectiveness of daily operations.
- Work with regulatory authorities and accredited certification bodies to ensure compliance e.g. ISO14001 & OH&S MS (ISO 45001:2018)
- Responsible for conducting EH&S training.
- Conduct regular internal EH&S audits for the operations.
- Prepare reports of findings and recommends corrective actions for incidents, inspections, or environmental monitoring results.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating environmental, health and/or safety policy and procedural manuals.
- Act as an Emergency Coordinator for coordinating emergencies incidents or any other emergency response with external parties.
- Oversee the process of facility maintenance activities and outsourcing works under the EH&S perspectives
Qualifications You Must Have
- Associate Degree or above in Environmental Health or Safety related discipline required.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and published guidance
- Experience in EH&S Standards, e.g. ISO 14001and OH&S MS (ISO 45001:2018)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
Qualifications We Prefer
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years EH&S experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

作為緊急事故協調員，處理突發事件及與外部機構合作應對緊急情況
監督設施保養工程及外判工作，確保符合 EHS 要求
