Key Responsibilities:
Participate and engage with associations relevant to our industry, such as EGMF (European Garden Machinery Industry Federation), ZVEI (Zentralverband Elektroindustrie) and ORGALIM (Europe's Technology Industries)
Participate in European and national standardization and working groups to influence and develop standards (CEN/CENELEC/ETSI)
Monitor and support engineering on technical changes, providing advice on standards and regulations related to sustainability
Monitor and exchange information between TTI EMEA and the global team on CLP, REACH, RoHS and PPWR
Lead corporate sustainability initiatives, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and EU Taxonomy activities in Europe, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost targets
Support the global team on activities related to the Cyber Resilience Act, Data Act and Artificial Intelligence Liability Directive
Maintain the regulatory tracker
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration/ Sustainability Management/ Finance/ Economics/ Engineering or related fields, ideally with a focus on sustainability management
Several years of experience in the field of sustainability
Willingness to travel
Strong working knowledge of relevant software packages used in the office environment (MS Office, SAP R/3, SharePoint, Teams)
Very good English skills
