Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Sustainable Design, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in garment design, with a portfolio emphasizing sustainability.
Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable materials, eco-friendly manufacturing processes, and clothing lifecycle assessment.
Skilled in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
Solid understanding of garment construction and pattern making.
Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
