DescriptionYou will join the Steligence Engineering team, formed by 25+ technical experts across the world.
Their scope is to be the first technical link between the construction market and ArcelorMittal, in particular for Investors / Architects / Engineering design consultants and general contractors. Beside your team, you will have access to the expertise and knowledge of a broad network of colleagues and experts across ArcelorMittal organization from the operations to the technical and commercial teams. You will have the possibility to work on international projects and receive feedback and support from your multicultural team; simultaneously you will be asked to collaborate with your colleagues to create proficient synergies across countries.
You will be responsible for the following missions:
- You will lead the deployment of ArcelorMittal construction products and solutions towards the technical decision-makers in your region. It will be necessary to identify the construction sectors with high development potential, find the key stakeholders and create a link to them.
- You will lead a technical promotion campaign through presentations to stakeholders, preparation of technical and marketing documents, participation in fairs or special customer events.
- You will detect construction projects where you will work with co-engineering with Architects / Design consultants in order to implement ArcelorMittal construction solutions in the best way. Co-engineering means providing technical information about ArcelorMittal product, propose the most adapted solution for the given project, and perform structural predesigns via ArcelorMittal calculation tools or in collaboration with ArcelorMittal central engineering team based in Luxembourg.
- You identify trends and needs in the construction segment to keep ArcelorMittal R&D aligned with the market reality.
Profile requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Knowledge of the construction market, having some experience already in structural design or in a construction player would be a plus for the role
- Demonstrated flexible and team spirit
- Customer oriented
- Advanced level of English and work proficiency in Polish are required.
