We are looking for a motived, entry-level Environmental Planning Analyst to join our team! In this position, you’ll assist our clients in identifying environmental compliance requirements and pathways to maintain compliance and protect the environment. You will primarily support routine permitting and compliance projects under the guidance of more senior staff. You may support across internal teams depending on business need, including conducting environmental inspections for our stormwater team.
Travel and overnight travel will be required, typically with advanced notice.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree in an environmental discipline, sciences, or engineering
- General knowledge of biology, environmental compliance, cultural resources, water quality, air quality and hazardous materials
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly detail oriented and accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage concurrent responsibilities
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic GIS principals
