Job Description:
Are you passionate about solar energy and skilled in team leadership? Elite Solar services is seeking a motivated Director of Sales and Canvassing to join our team. In this role, you will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team dedicated to expanding our solar presence across New Jersey.
*Responsibilities:*
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to equip canvassing team members with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote our solar solutions.
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new canvassing team members to ensure team growth and performance.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the canvassing team, set clear goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic canvassing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring canvassing activities enhance our brand reputation and foster positive customer relationships.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in canvassing, direct sales, or a related field, with at least [1 year] in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated success in training and developing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
