What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage battery projects from A to Z — from turnkey deliveries to platform integrations
- Ensure compliance and optimal execution in relation to grid zones (green/yellow/red) and DSOs
- Handle permitting processes with fire departments and municipalities for indoor/outdoor battery systems and battery farms, optimizing for BR18 and other regulations
- Own the electrical design for battery systems, including aggregator setups and integrations for 400V, 10kV, and 50kV grid connections
- Design and specify step-up/down transformers and site infrastructure, like foundations and drainage, when needed
- Identify and onboard qualified electrical installation partners
- Oversee operations of battery farms and manage claims with manufacturers
- Maintain clear project status updates to internal stakeholders (EMT, Legal, etc.)
- Develop solutions for hybrid charger/battery installations to support dynamic grid interactions in relevant energy markets
Who You Are:
- Experienced with complex electrical installations — ideally involving batteries and/or EV charging
- A proactive, structured project manager who can drive progress and solve roadblocks
- Comfortable navigating permitting processes and working directly with DSOs, municipalities, and fire departments
- Technically solid with experience in designing electrical systems and energy infrastructure
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and great at working cross-functionally
- Fluent in Danish and English — both written and spoken
