Your Daily Adventures Include as a Battery Field Service Technician:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Industrial Batteries and chargers for material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Toyota material handling equipment and all other makes of lift trucks, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.
- Ability to convey product knowledge and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with service managers, parts department, and dispatchers to expedite repairs and service.
- Maintain timely and accurate accounting of labor hours, work orders, parts used for inventory.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
We're Excited to Meet Someone With:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer vocational training as a mechanic.
- Minimum of two years automotive repair or technician experience working in a related industry.
- Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, batteries, transmissions, engines, gas and LP systems.
- Strength to lift up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and kneeling required.
- Clean driving record, willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
