As an innovative and rapidly expanding organization, they are looking for a driven Corporate Strategy Manager to join their dynamic Strategy department.


As the Executive Corporate Strategy Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our client by leading strategic projects, identifying and implementing growth opportunities, and ensuring the company’s objectives remain aligned with its long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and have the chance to shape the future of the Southern African energy landscape in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
    Assist in crafting corporate and departmental strategies that accelerate growth, disrupt the solar energy market, and deliver long-term value. Monitor and track the progress of the company's strategy, implementing KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
    Identify growth opportunities and optimize strategic initiatives for local, regional, and international markets. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects that align with the company’s mission of expanding energy solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities for solar energy adoption.
  • Project Leadership & Management:
    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic projects. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including defining project scopes, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Be the key point of contact for partners, driving collaboration to achieve the company’s business goals.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree / Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related
  • Minimum of 5 years’ strategic planning, project management and driving business performance.
  • Minimum 2+ years in a management role, with preference for experience in consulting or startups.
  • Experience in a similar energy organization having specialized in Solar PV and BESS
  • Proficiency in leading strategy frameworks, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategic projects.
