Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of BESS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop electrical and mechanical schematics for energy storage projects.
- Conduct system modeling, simulations, and performance analysis.
- Select and integrate key system components, including batteries, inverters, and control systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support technical due diligence and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in all designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BESS design, energy storage, or power system engineering.
- Strong knowledge of battery technologies, inverters, and energy management systems.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Understanding of grid connection requirements and power system dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
