Technical Customer Support Manager (renewable energy)
Introduction
Our client is an industry leader in the renewable sector. They are looking to employ a Customer Support Manager who will be responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention by addressing queries related to their PV systems and operational data.
Technical proficiency and ability to analyze system data is crutial!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze system data.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation.
- Customer Onboarding and Training.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction,
retention, and engagement.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or
customer support.
Package & Remuneration
R30 000 - R 45 000 ctc per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
