Job Summary
This position will work within the Vistra Construction/Renewables Engineering team
Job Description
- Conduct product reviews for equipment utilized on future renewable & fossil sites (energy storage systems, PV Solar, and natural gas).
- Design review (Electrical, Civil, Substation, Transmission Line, etc) and coordination with stakeholders such as development, construction, the Engineer of Record, equipment manufacturers, and Owner’s engineer.
- Review PV solar, energy storage systems, thermal systems (including site visits) for adherence to Vistra standards and to maximize project economics.
- Support constructability reviews
- Comply with safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Possess the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
