Supports the design and/or implements health management guidelines for an assigned organizational unit.
* Develops, proposes and implements function specific Health Management guidelines, processes and/or methods. * Compiles and advises on instructions and regulations for health protection, health promotion and human (ergonomical) work design standards. * Plans the roll out of Health protection programs for the unit assigned. * Gathers data and analyses respective statistics regarding success of health protection measures. * Supports or prepares regular external reporting for Heath authorities, or for internal stakeholder. * Maintains operational contact to external Health authorities. * Keeps abreast with all respective regulations and standards.
