How you could make an impact:
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS programs and policies.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Update safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities and programs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Participate in EHS training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
Specific internship projects will be identified based on the candidate's strengths and interests, as well as business need.
What you’ll need (Required):
- Current enrollment as a student at an accredited university for the duration of the Internship project with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the Internship (May/June 2025 - Aug 2025)
- Comfortability working in a lab environment, as well as being hands-on, highly motivated, able to follow procedures, perform testing, and clearly convey data results.
- Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience.
- Good scholastic standing (3.0+ cumulative GPA or equivalent)
- Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Hands-on and highly motivated
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
- Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 - $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
