Job Summary/Responsibilities | Assist with routine safety related inspections; Assist in creating promotional and marketing materials and strategies for events and programs; Answer and transfer telephone calls, take messages; Assist with filing, making copies, and stocking office resource materials; Perform data entry and online research; Support staff with specialized projects and events; Conduct errands around campus. |
Required Qualifications | Must be enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours; UNF student who is eligible for and accepts Federal Work Study (FWS) Funding; Must meet academic eligibility to receive financial aid; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic internet research skills; Be able to follow directions and complete tasks; Work well with others; friendly, outgoing, and engaging professional personality; Self-motivated and self-directed to complete office tasks; be proactive in offering assistance; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Must maintain appropriate office attire. |
