- Baccalaureate degree in sustainability, environmental studies, civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with New York City, New York State, and federal sustainability regulations.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills, with the ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Ability to support a wide variety of tasks and work effectively as part of a project team.
- Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) certification is preferred.
- WEDG Professional (Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines) certification is preferred.
- LEED Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

70,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
