Our Northeast Environmental business in Western New York is looking for a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join their team in either Buffalo or Niagara Falls! In this role, you will contribute to the future of our Contamination Assessment & Remediation service line through Project Management, staff development/mentoring, technical and regulatory strategy development, proposal development, and business development/networking.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Management of clients
- Development of business opportunities
- Mentorship of staff
- Preparation of technical correspondence, project proposals, reports, work plans, and project specifications
- Coordination and implementation of project permitting
- Interpretation/evaluation of environmental regulations, both federal, state and local
- Data compilation, reduction, and interpretation
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
- PE or PG will be highly regarded
- At least 15 years of experience in environmental consulting including environmental permitting & compliance, remediation & design, site assessments, report writing, data management & interpretation, project coordination, and managing clients preferred
- Project experience in federal contracts beneficial
- Experience in coordinating and simultaneously managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail in a consulting environment is preferred
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings is required
Salary range: $120,000-$180,000 depending on experience
