To be considered for the Environmental Health and Safety Specialist role, you will need to bring with you:
- BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field or equivalent experience
Three (3) years' experience in an EHS role
Experience with EPA, NFPA, OSHA regulations
Ability to relocate to the Salt Lake City, UT area
As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist you will....
Lead the EHS program at the Salt Lake City facility.
Oversee the following EHS Categories: Health and Safety, Environmental, Dangerous Goods Transportation, and Emergency Planning
Assess Federal and State regulations applicable to the facility and ensure they are met.
Implement site specific EHS programs.
Implement action plans for audit findings and incident reports.
Lead Safety committee and site emergency planning.
Conduct site reviews of chemical handling, storage and disposal.
Review new products for environmental risks

Salt Lake City, UT $70,000.00–$115,000.00 Hourly
