Job Description:
The Service Technician I will work closely with the Director of Field Operations,Commissioning & Warranty Manager,and other Service Technicians to ensure that the customer’s needs are satisfied appropriately and timely. The successful candidatemust be willing to travel up to 90% of a given calendar year.As a Service Technician I, you must be willing and able to learn the intricacies of Array’s tracker portfolio, work in a team environment, and aid in retrofits, commissioning, and repowering efforts.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support field efforts on the following, but not limited to:
- Ensure tools and equipment needed during a variety of field-related efforts are operating properly
- Managing Concur’s expense reporting system
- Submit Field Service Reports on daily activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
