Responsibilities As A Solar Sales Representative:
- Travel regularly throughout the area to engage with homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach to drive sales and set follow-up solar appointments for sales closers.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by building relationships, leveraging referrals, and networking.
- Participate in ongoing meetings and training sessions to stay informed on industry trends and sharpen your sales skills.
- Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
- Develop and distribute reports of each day’s customer appointments or any closed sales.
- Track and record homeowner and business information within our provided CRM system.
Our Musts That We Are Looking For:
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation (this role requires travel within your assigned territory to homeowners and businesses)
- Must be confident with customer outreach face to face and engaging with new people
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding projected targets
- Available to work full time hours
- 1-3 years in sales, canvassing, solar, sales appointment setting, or similar field
