JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, in the Division of House Management. The incumbent's major responsibilities involve audience contact in a front-of the-house position at the Filene Center, a major performing arts theater. There is no public transportation to the park. MAJOR DUTIES: The major duties of the Usher position include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet, Direct, inform and assist patrons with facility orientation and complaint resolution. Provide clear, tactful oral communication to patrons and fellow staff members. Resolves patron complaints concerning performance and environmental issues within the theater.
