JOB SUMMARY: This position is located in Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, in the Division of House Management. The incumbent's major responsibilities involve audience contact in a front-of the-house position at the Filene Center, a major performing arts theater. The season begins on March 09, 2025, and will run through approximately September 07, 2025, including all weekends. Each week's work schedule will vary significantly through the season, you will be paid according to hours worked. MAJOR DUTIES: The major duties of the Usher position include, but are not limited to, the following: Greets, directs, informs, and assists patrons with facility orientation and complaint resolution. Provides clear, tactful oral communication to patrons and fellow staff members.
