Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Senior Modulintegrator.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördinatie van interdisciplinaire teamvereisten van service, productie en assemblage om interfaces te definiëren en lay-outs van componenten/modules te maken.

  • Vastleggen van vereisten van R&D-projecten en deze integreren in de GSI.

  • Strategische interface tussen programmamanagement, kerntechnologieën en PLM-governanceteams.

  • Conflicten oplossen bij de toepassing van de modulaire productstructuur.

  • Identificeren van verbeterpotentieel en nemen van maatregelen voor implementatie.

  • Organiseren, modereren en documenteren van de GSI weekly jour fixe en andere GSI synchronous points zoals vereist en afhankelijk van de werklast van het GSI-team.

Dit vragen wij van jou

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of alternatief werk als technicus in dit vakgebied en ruime ervaring.

  • Ervaring in het maken en uitsnijden van functionele eenheden / modules (ontwerpoplossingen) en het creëren van modulaire productstructuren.

  • Kennis van CAD en Siemens Team Centre (NX) vereist.

  • Teamgerichte persoonlijkheid met goede moderatievaardigheden en de wil om vooruitgang te boeken.

  • Goede kennis van gangbare PC-tools (Microsoft Office) in combinatie met Nederlandse (of Duitse) en Engelse taalvaardigheden op hoog niveau.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Modulintegrator.

Tasks 

  • Alignment of interdisciplinary team requirements from Service, Production and Installation to define interfaces and create of component / module layouts.

  • Incorporate requirements from R&D projects into GSI.

  • Strategic interface between Program Management, Core Technologies and PLM Governance teams.

  • Resolve conflicts regarding the application of the Modular Product Structure.

  • Identify potential for improvements and take action to implement.

  • Organise, moderate and document the GSI weekly Jour fixe and further GSI synchro points as necessary and workload of the GSI team.

What we ask of you

  • Technical study, or alternative work as technician in this field with extended experience.

  • Experience in creating and cutting functional units / modules (design solutions) and creating modular product structures.

  • Knowledge of CAD and Siemens Team Center (NX) required.

  • Team-oriented personality with good moderation skills and the will to move things forwardThis position can also be filled on part-time basis.

  • Good knowledge in using standard PC tools (Microsoft Office) combined with Dutch (or German) and English language skills at a high level.
