SUMMARY
Responsible for providing day-to-day support and management of all client projects and deliverables, manage marketing's, evaluate financials and renewals, direct resources and assume responsibility for the client relationship.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as the daily contact managing client relationships directly with day-to-day contact within the client organization;
• Manages renewal and marketing projects;
• Assists with financial evaluation, budget setting, reserve calculations, and rate development;
• Provides data analysis and recommendations;
• Provides insight and recommendations for product offerings, plan design, vendor selection, pricing, funding options, and contribution strategy;
• Represents the client in carrier negotiations;
• Acts as liaison between client and carrier or vendor representatives;
• Provides ongoing HR support;
• Maintains awareness of legislative changes impacting Health and Welfare programs;
• Assists with communication strategy and development;
• Acts as intermediary between client and vendor providing assistance with issue resolution;
• Manages all account management activity;
• Collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing date;
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four (4) or more years related work experience
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
Valid Insurance License
