Position summary:
The Program Services Associate will support program operations and project management for ICCT's projects in Brazil and Latin America. This role combines analytical and operational responsibilities to enhance program effectiveness and project delivery in the region.
You will:
- Support project and portfolio management practices across regional initiatives, including maintaining project management systems and organizing key documentation
- Analyze program operations data and prepare regular reports for budget and resource managementand funder requirements
- Assist in contract management and budget monitoring for regional projects, including supporting proposal development and responding to funder inquiries
- Provide logistical and administrative support for regional events, meetings, and strategic dialogues
- Support process improvements and data updates across departments to enhance program planning capabilities
- Assist in maintaining program knowledge management systems to ensure effective resource sharing across global offices
- May temporarily support administrative routines under the supervision of the Brazil Managing Director
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience with project management tools and practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and time zones
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

- Knowledge of project management software, particularly Asana
- Familiarity with environmental or climate policy landscape in Latin America
- Experience with budget monitoring and financial management
- Experience in non-profit operations or program management
- Spanish language proficiency
Reporting structure
Reports to a Program Services Manager based in Washington, DC, and works closely with staff based in Brazil, Latin America, and the United States.
Our benefits
This position will be based in the ICCT's office in the Vila Madalena neighborhood of São Paulo. This position offers a monthly salary of R$5,850.
