We need an experienced IT Hub Manager to take the lead. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow an IT team, manage a dynamic working environment, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong generalist background in IT, with a solid understanding of ERP solutions, infrastructure, MS Office 365 (incl. Power Apps), IT security, and IT GRC.
- In-depth experience and knowledge in one of the key areas listed to support specialized tasks.
- Strong project management and leadership skills to effectively manage and develop your team.
- Excellent people management abilities and stress resistance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong command of English.
- Intercultural competency and willingness to travel internationally when needed.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and growth of the IT Hub, ensuring optimal functioning and team cohesion.
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and success.
- Organize office space and manage contracts, atmosphere, and social aspects to ensure a positive work environment.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT demands, ensuring efficient and timely solutions.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and optimization across the team, Hub, and overall IT processes.
- Work closely with the headquarters IT team to ensure alignment with global initiatives and share knowledge across locations.
- Escalate and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
