Job Description
To support and execute our projects we are looking for an experienced Construction Sustainability specialist to join our Construction & Fabrication team.
As a Construction Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering all information required by CSRD and overseeing data input into the dedicated software on a quarterly basis along with supporting documentation.
This position will be based on site and will report on an operational level to the Project Manager and work on a weekly basis with the Project Coordinator.
The Project Coordinator will provide a list of data points that need to be captured and reported by the Projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
It is the responsibility of the Construction Sustainability Specialist to develop a plan how these data point will be collected by preferably using existing Fluor Procedures which are used in the field by Fluor Supervision and Subcontractors.
As the Construction Sustainability specialist, you will have to cooperate with other members of the Site Management Team to identify how the new information can be collected, and which stakeholders need to be involved to obtain this information.
Responsibilities:
• Check the data delivered by Client, site Management team and Subcontractors
• Judge the plausibility of these data
• Coordinate entering the CRSD data into NZC timely and completely by site dedicated License holder
• If actual data is not readily available with the project organizations of either Fluor, Client or Subcontractors, then an estimate needs to be made
• Facilitate this process by organizing meetings with the required parties
• Providing the required follow-up to develop an estimation process proposal
• Once completed, the administration is expected to facilitate coordination meetings with the CSRD Project Coordinator where these estimation proposals are presented for approval.
To be Considered Candidates:
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
Basic Job Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in construction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction industry
• Familiar with practices and reporting on a construction site
• Proven experience in a role of a main contractor that provides coordination to Subcontractors
• Providing clear and effective communication for leading discussions, articulating objectives, and ensuring everyone understands roles and responsibilities.
