Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled LEED Accredited Professional (AP) and/or GSAS Certified Green Professional (CGP) to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for an individual. With up to 5 years of experience in the green building industry, who is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn more and make a significant impact in the field. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, providing expertise in LEED and GSAS certification processes, sustainable design, and building performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Join the coordination and management team of LEED and GSAS certification processes for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are integrated into project design & construction from inception through completion.
- Conduct sustainability compliance assurance, including energy efficiency, site analysis, LCA and water efficiency calculations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for LEED and GSAS assigned criteria.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in green building standards and sustainability practices.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on sustainability and green building principles.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and benefits.

Requirements
- University Degree
in a relevant field (Architectural, MEP, Civil,
Environmental Engineering,...).

LEED AP accreditation or GSAS CGP
accreditation.
- 3-5 Years of
experience in implementing green building certification.
- Professional communication skills
in English (and preferably in Arabic).
- Transferable residency permit
(NOC).
