Job Description:
Desde Ferconsa instalaciones, filial de Ferrovial Construcción necesitamos incorporar un Jefe/a de Obra | Jefe/a de Producción para importante obra lineal en la provincia de Madrid
Funciones:
- Dirigir y seguir el desarrollo del proyecto de instalaciones en obra.
- Supervisar y coordinar el equipo de trabajo.
- Ser la figura de Interlocutor técnico con el cliente.
- Gestionar recursos internos y externos para cumplir con las demandas del proyecto.
- Realizar la documentación del proyecto e informes técnicos del proyecto.
- Gestionar el control económico, calidad y seguridad del proyecto.
- Gestionar el control económico coste-venta. Certificaciones parciales y finales.
- Elaborar de certificados de final de obra.
Requisitos:
- Estudios relacionados en instalaciones eléctricas o térmicas, estudios en Ingeniería Industrial, o relacionado.
- Disponer de experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos y equipos de instalaciones en obra.
- Valorable experiencia previa en ingles o conocimientos del idioma a nivel profesional.
- Más de 3 años de en posiciones similares
- Conocimiento profundo de las normas de seguridad y regulaciones aplicables a las instalaciones eléctricas y/o de climatización.
- Necesaria experiencia en AutoCAD y paquete Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Valorable experiencia en REVIT o en Microsoft Project
