We are now looking for a Stores Supervisor joining our wind farm site in Taichung, who organizes and controls the logistics/SCM activities in the area of responsibility with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible logistics services (flow of material, value, information) as well as optimizing the processes and the use of resources.

How to contribute to our vision
- Familiarize oneself for corporate standards, processes and IT systems.
- Design and implement project-specific material handling process compliant with corporate standards with/for suppliers and store operators onboard SOV.
- Supervise suppliers and store operators onboard SOV who are responsible to order, receive, pick, pack, issue and dispatch inventory whilst maintaining fully auditable records on both system and paper accurate.
- Audit transactions of stores team to ensure accuracy and record findings to present to area manager on a weekly basis.
- Maintain a safe, clear, and clean environment ensuring all procedures are adhered to. Including equipment maintenance, auditing the stores as per check list and reporting findings to area manager on a weekly basis
- Conduct weekly cycle checks and report.
- In addition to annual if required stock checks, conducting audits of stores team.
- Behave with flexibility to support operational requirements whilst maintaining integrity of procedural requirements.
- Attend project meetings according to project’s communication plan and feed back to stores team incl. suppliers.
- Supervise suppliers and store operators onboard SOV who are responsible to control and secure inventory including safety equipment and tooling.
- Support home location or others upon request with flexible working arrangements.
- Seek improvements to processes from team incl. suppliers and lead improvements as agreed by Manager.
- Report EHS issues in SPHERA, participate at LEAN@Site program.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- Two years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and recordkeeping.
- Experience that is equivalent to the required key task
- Obsession of a valid Taiwanese Driver's License
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook & Excel.
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Obsession of a Forklift Driving License, is an advantage
