For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Summary

- Individual contributor role reporting to I&T NAM HUB Chapter leader
- Aim to provide clear environmental value on products through eco design
Roles & Responsibilities
- Propose and evaluate products and solutions to reduce environmental impacts
- Address decarbonization and circularity with technical knowledge of products and systems
- Create and identify methods, training, and tools to improve environmental performance
- Train teams on Eco-Design methodology and LCA assessments
- Help teams understand environmental impacts measurement and eco design categories
- Support Eco design deployment on specific projects and large scale initiatives
- Be the SPOC for Eco design and deployment support in the NAM region
- Propose Eco design principles on innovation roadmap with Engineering and architects

Qualifications
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institute
- Advanced knowledge in life cycle analysis, environmental evaluation
- At least 10+ years of experience in industry or in relevant organization
- Technical knowledge of our products, electrical distribution systems and our customers' applications
- Understanding of the entire ecosystem linked to the different life phases of an electrical installation (prescription, specification, design, construction, implementation, operation, verification, dismantling)
- Experience in Product design and in Life Cycle Analysis for Eco-Design
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to drive change, influence, interact at all levels of the company
- Ability to lead an international and multi-businesses working group
- Strong communication skills
- Ability for autonomous learning
- A passion for Innovation & Curiosity in new skills and competencies development especially on environmental standpoint
