Solar Roast Coffee in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for one general manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
We are looking for someone with Bartending Experience. Barista experience is preferred, but not required.

- This position starts out hourly $16.25/hour, plus tips.
- After 6 months of employment Team Members are eligible for our PTO program as well as our 401K program.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
- Make sure staff adheres to store policies
- Staff evaluations
- Scheduling
- Store ordering and organization
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Barista Experience
- Bartending Experience
- Leadership/management experience preferred.
- Manager Food Handling Certification required 30 days upon hiring
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification required 30 days upon hiring
