What The Position is About:
- Oversee the production staff including the residential solar install team, commercial solar team, electrical teams, and service team
- Manage certifications, ensure the team is up to date on all certifications, and coordinate trainings for new products
- Ensure that teams are in compliance with safety policies and procedures, and federal/state/local regulations
- Lead monthly production meetings
- Schedule job start/completion dates, coordinate with installers, and track project progress
- Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct job reviews for new projects, review produced plans, and review installations post-installation to ensure they match the plans
- Coordinate with all vendors to ensure project alignment and smooth execution
- Oversee material lists and review purchase orders
- Manage weekly billing and financial tracking
- Ensure install crews are completing their responsibilities on schedule with an emphasis on quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Production leadership experience is required
- Commercial project management experience is required
- Solar experience is highly preferred
- Organized and detail oriented personality
- Tech savvy
- The ability to interact with customers and resolve customer issues
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
