Job Description
Position Title – Assistant General Manager
Experience- 12-15 years
Qualification- Degree - Electrical
Location- Gurugram
Responsibilities :-
• Strategic Asset Oversight: Supervising and manage a portfolio of 4+GW operational wind assets from the central.
• OEM Coordination: Acting as a SPOC with OEMs to address and resolve escalated site-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational & site visits.
• To oversee and ensure asset performance as per business KPIs(i.e LPF, MA, GA, RA)
• Project HOTO and Stabilization: Overseeing the transition of assets from Construction (EPC) phase to O&M, ensuring a smooth Handover/Takeover (HOTO) process and early stabilization of assets.
• Reporting and Management Presentations: Drive comprehensive MIS reports and delivering senior management presentations, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on asset performance data.
• Asset and Contract Management: Leading the activities related to asset management and O&M contract management with OEMs, ensuring compliance, performance monitoring, and optimizing contract terms for maximum efficiency.
• Budgeting Planning: Developing and implementing, budgets for wind asset management activities, ensuring effective cost control.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements, overseeing regulatory filings, and managing the processing of vendor invoices in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives Implementation: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies within asset management practices, implementing best practices to enhance overall performance.
