Job Description
Position Title - Senior Engineer - Wind O&M
Experience- 6-8 years
Qualification- Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
Location- Jath, Maharashtra
In the role of Ops Special Task Engineer will ensure the efficient and safe execution of special task activities within the Renew fleet by managing resources, maintaining compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations, and providing necessary training and documentation.
• Coordinate with the internal team, engineering & SCM for the development of tooling and fixtures for the special task capability building.
• Proactively ensure the availability of tools and tackles to carry out respective Special task jobs with validation.
• Certification, calibration, and maintenance of Major breakdown /LC tools and fixtures on a periodic basis.
• Review the SOPs of the Major breakdown / LC activities, provide feedback and apply it effectively for field execution.
• Coordinate with the HSE and engineering team to integrate safety in LC activities/ Major breakdown SOPs.
• Review the HSE requirement for special task activities.
• Keep records of all major components across Renew fleet and update them periodically.
• Track the Major component anomalies and prepare the MIS report periodically.
• Document, Record, and update all special task activity data.
• Timely updating of special task activities service orders, materials issues, etc in SAP
• Troubleshoot complicated mechanical and hydraulic system issues during the Major breakdown/ LC activities.
