PURPOSE:
Sell products and services, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Matric
- Certificate in Sales or related field (NQF 5)
Experience:
- Up to 3 years in a sales role within a retail environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Grow client base and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor competition and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and track performance.
- Conduct product presentations and training for customers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Stock & Operations Management:
- Ensure optimal stock availability and monitor stock rotations.
- Assist customers in managing stock levels.
- Work with the warehouse to resolve stock issues.
Financial & Compliance:
- Support credit applications and assist in debt collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage operational costs and optimize resources.
