Job Title: Renewable Energies Quality Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Renewable Energies Quality Controller to ensure the highest quality standards in our renewable energy projects in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of either electrical or civil engineering principles and a strong background in quality control within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects to ensure all work complies with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to discuss and resolve quality issues as they arise.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and project progress.
- Monitor the installation and operation of electrical or civil components to ensure that they meet technical specifications.
- Implement corrective measures and continuous improvement practices to enhance project quality.
- Train and guide project staff on quality control standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 3 years specifically in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, with a focus on either electrical or civil components.
