The Kibali Gold Mine Team is seeking to recruit a Solar Power Plant Senior Supervisor join and grow our team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the PV plant is available, reliable and the integrity of the structure.
- Lead the resolution of any potential hazards.
- Conduct maintenance plans strategies and procedures, repairs, and condition monitoring.
- Ensure critical spares availability.
- Ensure a secured and safe working environment and management of team onsite.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical systems and PV plant
- Carry out safety inspections and ensure that installations comply with current company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and report to the Power engineer.
- Write technical reports and keep drawing and filling up to date.
- Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards
Qualification Requirements:
- Electrical Degree or equivalent.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Knowledge and good understanding of HV Power systems, Power transformers and power transmission lines.
- Experience working as a Power Systems Supervisor or similar.
- Knowledge of the operation principles of electro-energetic devices and power generations
- Ability to react quickly to failures and irregularities.
- Accuracy and responsibility in performing duties.
- Ability to work in stressful conditions.
- Technical education related to power engineering.
- Understanding and reading electrical drawings and footprint.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Driving license.
