This position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical and/or civil/structural engineering with at least 3 years of relative experience. Other engineering degree may be considered, A master’s degree in an engineering discipline or business (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Although not required, experience working on power or transmission projects will be considered. Applicants are encouraged to please highlight, as applicable, relevant coursework/experience pertaining to the following:
- Technical report writing;
- Multi-discipline teamwork (i.e. design projects, co-ops)
- Data analysis and visualization;
- Project finance or business acumen;
- Conceptual project design;
- Construction project management and/or scheduling software knowledge.
Also important are:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others.
- Project planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Decision making and judgement.
